ITI's Director Document Distribution allows customer statements and other notification to be
delivered faster while reducing the printing and labor costs, postage expenses, and consumable
usage associated with this labor intensive task. Working in conjunction with the entire Director System
and the rest of ITI's integrated e-commerce solutions, Document Distribution automatically manages
the delivery of electronic documents with the flexibility of choosing the channel that best fits the
needs of each customer.

In addition to projecting a progressive image to customers, this module can be utilized as a
new marketing tool by attaching electronic "fliers" to statements

Distribution Method

Web Presentment – Through PremierEcom, customers can view their
statements via the Internet. When the statement is ready to be viewed, Director generates a web (URL) address for the statement and conveys the URL to
customers via e-mail.

E-Mail – Via a secure encrypted e-mail, customers have access to their
statements immediately after they are generated. Statements are viewable
through Adobe Acrobat.

CD-ROM – Ideal for high volume customers, instead of printing and sending statements with all supporting documents, information can be provided on
self-contained CD-ROMs.

Fax – Customers can automatically receive a fax of their statement.
